metallic creation

don't mind my spelling mistake "metallic"
I was so inspired as soon as I lay eyes on these beautiful metallic fabric.
Might I add it was tremendously difficult to sew them.
what do you think?
my mom's first reaction at looking at the poka-dot dress is "is that for Halloween?" !! SERIOUSLY!?

anyways, the poka-dot dress actually took me about three whole days to make due to lots of hand sewing and inserting lining (first time I put lining in a dress that's not strapless!).

p.s. don't forget about my giveaway!!

Wow you made that on your own?? You're really talented! I can't even crop my own jeans without destroying them completely..
I'm following you and I think I'm gonna take part in your giveaway, I hope I can, since I live in Greece and you haven't written anything about if the giveaway is international or not..
Anyway, please check out my blog and follow back! I always get too excited with new followers!:)

The dress is looking really gorgeous and I love lining things I make -- sometimes I like the lining even more than the outside!

I love that metallic fabric! Both dresses are awesome and I don't really see the Halloween reference in the polka dot dress, but mothers can be strange that way ;-)
